When it comes to meal prep/ cooking at home, I have tried ALL the things: delivery kits, meal planning apps, or just keeping it simple by prepping veggies, grains, chicken and some flavorful sauces on a Sunday night (like my chipotle chili and sriracha sauce grain bowl pictured here)…. But sometimes those things start to feel repetitive…

And Pinterest doesn’t always help (looking at you: recipes that make us read a chapter book and dodge a million pop-up ads before we can find the ingredients list)… So I decided to take some of those Pinterest recipes, and make them into nice/ clean 8×11 meal cards to keep in a folder on my phone.
